Why we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your request, to prepare an event plan, and to provide our services. If you check the optional boxes on the form, we use your phone number to call or text you about your request, and/or your email to send occasional updates — only as you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

We keep a record of the consent choices you made on the form (which boxes you checked, the wording shown, and the time) so we can honor your preferences and document them.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — for example, our website host, our email-delivery provider, and our form/anti-spam security provider — and only so they can perform those services for us.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable business and consent record, then we delete or de-identify it. A specific retention schedule will be confirmed before launch.
